Learn how to season your wok, how to stir fry noodles and wok some Asian vegetables.
On the menu will be diced ginger chicken in Asian vegetables and cashew nuts, Shanghai egg noodles with shredded pork and Asian leaves and also a flaming seafood dish in this one night journey.
Learn Sunny’s fried rice techniques and many more Chinese cooking secrets utilising that most versatile of cooking utensils, the wok.
