Chef Sunny loves teaching you about duck. In this class, Sunny will dispel any rumours that cooking with duck is difficult. The class will explore how to use duck to make some stunning small dishes. Be it tapas or yum cha, duck is a fantastic ingredient for tasty and stylish small dishes.
Being a Friday sundowner, there will be ample opportunity to taste some wines and enjoy conversation and company with your fellow sundowner participants.
End the work week well.
