The dishes might include steamed chicken, mushroom and water chestnut dumplings with spiced turmeric sauce; or scored fillet of fish, fried and infused with kaffir lime leaf and served with grapes and hot and sour chilli apple sauce; or a black glutinous rice pudding with shredded coconut jelly. Bring your taste buds along for this astounding ride!
