In this class, learn the taste, textures and flavours of an East-West fusion. To an edible harmony of the modern culinary arts of the West, Sunny will marry the flavours and cooking techniques of South East Asia, served in the fine dining French manner. Learn Sunny’s signature dishes in this night’s culinary dance of pure love. (Editor’s note: He has a way with words as well as food does our Sunny!)
