TapasWe have had such a huge interest on the Mezze and Tapas class on Monday 14 Dec., that it is almost booked out, so Sunny will do another tapas class!

Chef Sunny’s Friday Sundowners continue with Sunny guiding you in preparing some great tapas – those fabulous snacks from Spain.

The Cooking Professor’s Cooking School will partner some Riseborough Estate wines with the tapas.

These evenings are more than a tasting – they are a combination of a wine appreciation and cooking class that will expand your knowledge of a great food tradition and some fabulous wines.

DinnerThis very popular Saturday class leads to a wonderful gourmet dinner for participants and their partners or friends. The class will be taken by Sunny de Ocampo and Sunny is preparing a wonderful modern Australian degustation menu for you to cook and then enjoy for dinner.

The class begins at 10:30am and includes lunch. At 4pm preparation ends and students go home to freshen up. At 7pm they return with their partner/friends and have a wonderful dinner party consuming the food they have prepared. Share a unique experience with your friends. Limit of 24 people. BYO
