Chef Sunny spent a lot of November travelling India, specifically Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. It was his first time to India but it wasn’t all fun and games as he was sent as the special guest chef by the Australian Trade Commision for their Australian Seafood and Wine Festival.

 

Chef Sunny and the festival were a great succes.
