Fusion  Chef Sunny takes you on a culinary marriage of Asian flavours from  Japanese cuisines in the French manner.

Learn   the art and secret of sushi. Stir fry mixed forest mushrooms in noodle salad in a shoyu sauce and tempura.

The class menu includes: Sunyuki dragon maki sushi roll,

Soba noodle salad with stir fry mixed forest mushrooms as well as Tempuras and Sauces. Sugui Neh! Yokoso!
